Ming’s passion is to support teams of all types, especially creative individuals. She came from the Television/Entertainment industry but is very proud to be working with Firefly to advance the work of progressive nonprofits. Her job is to take care of all the operational issues that staff members face, so that they can work at their highest level. Ming holds a B.S. in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Colorado Boulder. In her spare time she loves to cook and feed her friends and family, and is passionate about ending food insecurity. She also loves to travel and experience new cuisines across the globe. Ming sits on the Board of Directors for Growing Home, a nonprofit that services the Denver area with a two-generation approach to poverty alleviation and community equity.
