Pat loves his role as a web developer at Firefly, where he’s worked since 2018, because of how limitless and ever-changing the field of nonprofit technology is. As a member of the Firefly team, he builds websites he is proud of for clients whose missions fit with his personal values. He specializes in writing clean code, going the extra mile for clients, and giving them the tools they need to successfully manage their websites. He’s been a professional web developer since 2012, but he’s been building sites since he was in high school. Pat has a B.A. in Visual Communication from Stockton University and previously held the role of Lead Developer at Vinyl Media. As a Surfrider Foundation volunteer, Pat helps with beach cleanups and is passionate about protecting public lands. He lives in the woods of South Jersey with his wife, son, and dog (and lots of blueberries), and spends his spare time doing DIY home renovations. He’s worn many hats in previous jobs, but none as iconic as the one he wore as a park ranger.
