Meet the Fireflies
Over nearly two decades, our team has grown to include a diverse array of digital changemakers working all over the U.S., in cities including Boulder, New York City, and Washington, D.C. Fireflies bring experience in progressive organizing, marketing and communications, technical implementation, data analytics, change management, and more.

Jen Frazier
(she/her/hers)
CEO & Founder
Jen is the founder and driving force behind Firefly Partners. She is a lifetime advocate for gender equity and reproductive rights–causes that have motivated her personally and professionally. Over eight years with Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Jen helped build the organization’s first online action network, along with a database of more than 500,000 pro-choice supporters. She was also part of the team that planned and executed the 2004 March for Women’s Lives, one of the great accomplishments of her life. In 2007, Jen began building her own dream team of tech and digital strategists with the same dedication to progressive causes, and Firefly was born.
Jen now lives in Boulder, Colorado with her two kids, her preferred mode of transportation is a bicycle, and she has a knack for putting things together–from project budgets to Ikea furniture. Growing up on the West Coast, she had never seen a firefly before–she liked the idea of something small and mighty, with the power to spark new ideas and illuminate the way we see the world and our work in it. That’s what the team members below do for Firefly’s clients.

No Firefly is limited to maintaining a ‘work persona.’ Our team members bring their own experience and personality to every interaction. Getting to know our clients and their goals helps us build truly customized solutions.
One of the great parts of working on projects in various industries is that we learn something every day. We have a genuine interest in examining problems and challenges from every angle, and we recognize that solutions can come from unexpected places. We also don’t gatekeep what we’ve learned about data, tech, or marketing–we share knowledge widely.
We don’t sacrifice quality for expediency. That means taking the time to understand how our plans and processes need to adjust to suit the specific context of each and every project.
