Audit + Discovery
We review and audit your digital assets including your website, email templates, forms, and landing pages. We review your setup and track performance metrics and then hold a brief discovery call to learn more about your audiences and desired outcomes for the specific campaign.
Journey Building
We work with your team to create content, build and test emails, set up and test queries, optimize landing pages or forms used in the journey, and create reports or dashboards to track results. If your emails or forms need a makeover we scope that work before moving into journey building.
Campaign Launch
Once all the elements are fully tested, we coordinate with your team and launch the series. Standard campaigns run for at least three months, while welcome and donor series run in perpetuity and undergo upates at least twice a year.
Reports + Support
We meet with you at least twice a month to review campaign performance, troubleshoot, and resolve any technical issues. Our partnership includes making necessary adjustments to continually optimize campaign performance.
