Juliana joined Firefly in 2021 to supplement the Operations Department. She was born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, and moved to the U.S. during her last years of High School. It was supposed to be a one-year venture, but she couldn’t imagine her future anywhere else. Juliana graduated with a B.S. in Film at Full Sail University and started her career as a Creative in On-Air Television. Over the years, she fell in love with logistics strategy and thrived in a career in operations. Juliana has organized Volunteer Day events, grants, and fundraisers for several non-profits in Colorado. She is excited to continue her work to help make the world a better place.
