Pam brings her passion for philanthropy and social impact to Firefly Partners as the Vice President of Strategy & Client Success. She has spent over a decade in the nonprofit sector, where she oversaw and implemented fundraising and communication strategies for local and global organizations.

Before joining Firefly Partners, she led partnerships and created strategies for nonprofit clients at the digital marketing agency Whole Whale. She’s also held positions at Tribeca Film Institute, SeriousFun Children’s Network, and New York Cares.

Pam earned a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Northern Kentucky University and received a certificate in User Experience from General Assembly. Originally from the Bluegrass State, she now makes her home in Brooklyn, where she lives with her husband and two cats. When she’s not binge-watching the latest must-watch TV show/movie/documentary, you’ll find her hiking or skiing in the Catskills and the Adirondack Mountains.
