Over the past 40 years, The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center (The Center) has grown to meet the changing needs of New York's LGBTQ+ community, delivering services that empower people to lead healthy and successful lives. The Center’s existing website posed challenges with its labyrinthine navigation, hindering their ability to effectively showcase their myriad of services and events. The new website needed to prioritize user experience and cater to the diverse needs of potential and current program participants, donors, and partners alike.
